COOKIE USE AND MANAGEMENT POLICY (COOKIES)
I. DEFINITIONS.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Administrator of personal data” within the meaning of this Policy is Desislava Hristova Dishleva, which is the owner of the website (the domain) www.prosper.bg ("Website" and/or "Digital Asset"). The owner of the Internet site determines the purposes of processing the personal data of the visitor(s) of the Internet site on any of the grounds provided for by law.. The owner of the Internet site also determines the funds, through which this processing will be carried out.
“The cookies” or “Cookies” are small text files, stored in the browser directories, used by the visitor to the Internet site. Cookies are used, to help website visitors use the website effectively. In case, to be deleted or blocked, some Internet sites or certain of their functionalities may not be accessible to visitors.
“Digital asset” – internet site (the domain) www.prosper.bg.
"ZZLD” is the Personal Data Protection Act.
"CPLD” is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
"Personal Data" are any information, related to an identified natural person/natural person, which can be identified; an individual can be identified (directly or indirectly), in particular by an identifier such as a name, identification number, address, online identifier or by one or more attributes, specific to the physical, the physiological, the genetic, the mental, the mental, the economic, the cultural or social identity of that natural person.
„Processing” is any operation/set of operations, carried out with Personal Data/set of Personal Data through automatic/other means such as collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storage, adapt or change, retrieval, counseling, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or otherwise, by which the data becomes available, arrangement or combination, restriction, deletion or destruction.
"Processor of personal data” is a third party, which processes personal data of a Personal Data Subject on behalf of a Personal Data Administrator, where the Personal Data Administrator has strictly defined the purpose of the processing, the means, with which it occurs and has checked whether the person meets the requirements of the Orzld.
"ORZLD” is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and the Council from 27 April 2016 year on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
"Plug-in"/ “Plug-in” is third party software, implemented in a digital asset of the Administrator and related to tracking user behavior and/or ensuring the operation of a certain functionality of the digital asset by switching to the third party's domain.
„Subject” is a natural person, for which Personal Data is processed.
"Services of the information society” are services, which are provided remotely through the use of electronic means and for a fee, and the recipient of such service must have expressly requested it.
II. SCOPE.
This Policy applies to the cookies used by the Digital Asset and the procedure for their use and management.
III. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES.
The cookies used by the Digital Asset are, as follows:
- Absolutely necessary cookies. Without the absolutely necessary cookies, it is objectively impossible for the website visitor to fully browse the website and use its functionalities.
- Cookies improving the performance of the digital asset. The cookies that improve the performance of the digital asset collect information about the use of the Internet site by the visitors of the Internet site, which does not relate to a specific visitor. All information collected is aggregated, respectively – anonymous. The purpose of this type of cookies is to improve the performance of the Internet site.
- Targeting or advertising. This type of cookie is used for marketing and advertising purposes. Cookies can be used to track user behavior or measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign.
IV. USE OF COOKIES.
Cookies are not linked to specific names, IP address and email address. The content of the cookie has only an identification number.
To improve the use of the Internet site, as well as access to its functionalities, permanent cookies can be used - which remain on the device of the visitor of the Internet site until they are deleted by the latter or until their validity period expires, as well as session or more temporary cookies - such, which serve until the end of the session as a temporary pass for the visitor within a session, and which are terminated when the Internet browser is closed by the visitor to the Internet site. An individual portfolio of the online activities of the visitor to the Internet site is not created.
V. COOKIE MANAGEMENT.
The cookie management setting is part of the visitor's internet browser. The website visitor can manage the use of cookies, by prohibiting or restricting the same in his Internet browser according to the types of cookies chosen by him. However, it is possible in cases of accessing the Digital Asset from a mobile device, disabling cookies through the internet browser settings of the mobile device will not be successful.
The website can also be used without the visitor agreeing to cookies, which attach to his device only with his consent as described above. Cookies can be deleted by the visitor from the hard drive of his device at any time. Disabling cookies or deleting them may impair the functioning of the website or prevent access to some of its functionalities..
VI. THIRD PARTIES.
Some cookies may collect information, which is subsequently used by third parties to track visitor behavior and activities, in order to display relevant advertisements and offers, and the visitor to the Internet site cannot be identified through this data. Some Internet browsers block "third-party" cookies” by default, and others have options to limit them. To prevent cookies from being saved on your computer, the visitor to the Internet site should disable the recording of cookies, by changing your Internet browser settings.
The following third parties may write and read cookies:
- Google Analytics for the purpose of studying user behavior, for statistical purposes and to improve the visitor experience of the Internet site. The administrator uses the capabilities, given to it by the Google codes, to measure website traffic in terms of number and frequency of visits. These options are not used by the Administrator, to collect personal data or individual IP addresses, with the data reaching its aggregate form and anonymized. VII. CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY.
This Policy is effective, from the date of its publication on the Internet site, and the same can be changed unilaterally by the Administrator. Amendments and additions to the Policy are published on the Internet site and enter into force on the day of their publication.
